Our story
Reqtify was founded by three co-founders who bring together deep industry knowledge and technical expertise. Two are senior executives with over 25 years of combined experience in the staffing and HR industry — both started as recruiters and have held roles across recruiting, sales, operations, and marketing.
The third co-founder is the technical mind behind the platform, with a background in AI and app development. Together, the team combines firsthand recruiting experience with the engineering capability to turn that knowledge into a powerful, purpose-built tool.
